COVID-19 Safety Measures

Your Safety is Our Top Priority

At C47 Lounge, the safety and health of our guests and members is our priority. Vaccinations are required for all users of C47 Lounge. Our members and guests should be prepared to show proof of vaccination for entry into C47 Lounge. 

Options for Providing Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination:

  • COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card (issued by the Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Disease Control & Prevention or WHO Yellow Card1) which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided and date doses administered.

  • A photo of a vaccination card as a separate document

  • A photo of the guest's vaccine card stored on a phone or electronic device

  • Documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider

To show commitment to safety and health of our community and members, we ask all visitors to pre-screen and stay home if they are feeling unwell. If you have tested positive for COVID-19, it is unlawful by the city of Chicago to be in public. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that C47 Work Lounge Members and guests stay home:

  • Fever or chills

  • Cough

  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

  • Fatigue

  • Muscle or body aches

  • Headache

  • New loss of taste or smell

  • Sore throat

  • Congestion or runny nose

  • Nausea or vomiting

  • Diarrhea

Anyone in the C47 Lounge will be required to wear a face covering (in accordance with our building’s regulations, masks covering the nose and mouth must be worn at all times, including but not limited to: C47’s galleries, studios, offices, and multi-use space; and the building’s corridors, bathrooms, lobby, loading dock and outside the building near the entrances). We also request all visitors practice social distancing and sanitize their hands frequently. To create the best experience possible, we are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our staff, guests, and members. Here’s what you can expect from a C47 Lounge experience:

  • Social distancing guidelines are in place as individuals and groups will be seated 3 feet apart from each other.

  • C47 staff are required to wear face coverings at all times.

  • Guests/Members are required to wear face coverings at all times while in the space. C47 Lounge will have extra 3 ply masks on hand.

  • Hands must be sanitized upon entering the venue, and hand sanitizer will be available throughout the space.

  • C47 Lounge will be sanitized frequently throughout the day and every evening after closing.
